Ritu Kabra is a professional therapist who has been practicing hypnotherapy, neuro linguistic programming, chakra healing, theta healing and various other forms of hypnotherapy for the past 7 years. Having embarked on the journey of hypnotherapy almost 10 years ago, she has gained expertise in both practicing and training. Along with her teachers training in the 5 levels of hypnotherapy, Ritu has worked with numerous clients for issues ranging from smoking to relationships, weight loss and building confidence. She has established herself in the field of hypnotherapy and has recently also trained as a Louise Hay coach, certified to conduct 'Heal Your Life' workshops. Through her experience in hypnotherapy, she hopes to continue healing people and help them achieve what they want–more positivity and wellness in their bodies, minds, and spirits.

With the belief that each individual’s reality is a manifestation of their thoughts and feelings, Ritu also explored Bach flower therapy (which consists of remedies intended for spiritual and emotional conditions) and is now a Bach flower practitioner.

What started as a general curiosity about hypnotherapy has now become Ritu’s passion and life’s work. Her journey began in 2005, with hypnotherapy courses from the California Hypnosis Institute of India (CHII). She was among the first in India to train with Sunny Satin who was the founder of CHII, and has also trained with renowned hypnotherapists in India and abroad.

Ritu aspires to spread her knowledge of hypnotherapy in India, and make more people aware about this simple and beautiful technique to positively change lives.
