Anand Kumar is a soft skills trainer, motivational speaker and a public
speaking coach.
He helps individuals develop communication, social and leadership skills, which
enable them, become effective communicator, team player and performer.
Anand is a recipient of international certification in �360 Degree Leadership� from
University of Central Missouri , USA & Dale Carnegie Institute. He is a certified
trainer from Dr. Francis Xavier�s TAP Institute. He was a part of �Train the
Trainer� program conducted by British Council and Times Of India and served as
trainer to teach spoken English to underprivileged youths, a very satisfying
experience indeed. He has completed Mastery University from Internationally
renowned Trainer Tony Robbins� RRI (Robbins Research International) and
further pursuing Leadership Mastery. He has completed NLP Practitioner from
NLP Life, UK (led be Dr. Richard Bandler, co founder of NLP).
He has also completed competent communicator and competent leadership
certifications of Toastmasters International. He is Manager-Club Growth of
District 98. He is the winner of area level international speech competition for
area D3 in March 2015.
Anand�s academic qualifications include MBA in HRM (Human Resource
Management) from ICFAI University, Hyderabad and B.TECH. in Chemical from
National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirrappalli.
He has more than 17 years of corporate experience across India and abroad in
UK, Thailand, Malaysia, Russia and France.
He has worked in a variety of fields such as Chemical Projects Management,
Procurement & Logistics, Business Consultancy, Presales, ERP (Oracle�s
Enterprise One) consultancy, Projects Management, Quality Assurance, Training
& Development etc. He has worked with more than 3000 executives from various
organizations in India & abroad like Atul Limited; Systime Computers; HPCL
