1. Percy is the Founder & Managing Trustee of Ghaswala Vision Foundation and has been passionately involved in the process of  sight restoration for the past TWELVE years.

2. He holds a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai and is a Fellow of the International Federation of Eye & Tissue Banks, Baltimore, USA. He was trained at the 3 rd Medical Faculty, Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic and has about 16 years experience in medical research. He is also studied Biomedical Informatics.

3. He is a Governing Board Member or a Consultant with several large non-profits working towards inclusive growth and sustainability.

4. He has been Manager of Asia\'s largest and most sophisticated eye bank as well as a Volunteer and Faculty at SEWA Roshni Eye Bank, Lilavati Hospital, Mumbai. He was invited to Chair and Speak at the 3rd International Conference on Eye Banking in Istanbul, Turkey in the year 2000.

5. The Foundation has provided technical support to Divya Jyot Eye Bank in Dahanu and Swami Sarvanand Eye Bank in Ambernath besides performing several sight restorative surgeries. Percy is also active with advocacy work.
