Mrs. Mangala Sarda has founded "Yoga Sadhana Centre� in Ambernath. She arranges  Shibir for Om & Simple Yoga,"Accessible, comfortable maternity yoga , Diabetes And Yoga, Yoga Denandini.   She very well known by Omkar Didi & Simple Yoga Expert.

With the help of Yoga  & its onerous she trained to Maharashtra, Gujarat, Karnataka, Konkan and in outside countries , Schools, Colleges, Inter wheel Club, Rotary Club, Lions Club, Senior  Citizens Club, Ladies Club, Namdeo Ladies Samiti, Rajasthani Mandal, Gajarathi Mandal, Vanita Samaj, Medical Association,  AutoRiksha Association, Yoga Sanstha, Hospitals� Doctors, Bank Clerks, Workers, Handicapped, Blind, Deaf, Mentally Retarded students, Prisoners, Police.

Every Sunday from 16 years she giving Yoga Training at Ambarnath it is free  to all places . Not only in India she giving training at Dubai, London. At Kanada in Rotary Club Convention in 1996 she gives Om & Simple yoga training. Some foreigners learned Yoga from her.  At different places she has given 2500 talks & speeches on Yoga & Om.

She has published the first Braille book on Yoga in India.
