Education : PHD in psychology from Cambridge University.
Work Experience : Tour operator in Nairobi for 1 year
Air hostess for 9 years working for Pan Am, Swiss Air, &
Kenya Airways.
Trainer for the air hostesses in Kenya Airways
Ran own school in Versova for 15 years
Learnt Ashtang yoga, hatha yoga and meditation at an ashram in India.
Teaching Siddha Yoga meditation all over India since last 15 years.
I have done a one year’s course of yoga in the Bihar school of Yoga.
I learnt \"Tibetan yoga\" in a yoga institute in the USA .
I have been teaching Tibetan yoga and meditation for stress management
and to improve concentration and memory to the corporates,
clubs, schools, organizations and collages since 2000 both in India and
abroad.
I have conducted many workshops for most of the pharmaceutical
companies, Airlines, oil companies, banks, IT companies,
insurance companies, clubs ,institutes & organizations both in India and in
USA, Canada, Dubai, Qatar, Bahrain, UK, Turkey,
Kenya, Mauritius, Sri Lanka
Conducted Stress managment workshops for more than 30,000 people in
90 companies & organizations over last 12 years.
We have a team of qualified instructors.
