Monika is an M.B.A (Finance), with more than 16 years of diverse experience in varied Industries like Education, Beauty, Social entrepreneurship, Media, Training, consultancy.

She is the Founder of M.Y.I (Morph your image)-­ a Training Organization offering customized designs in the areas of Image Management, Personal Branding, Leadership, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence, Negotiation and Influence, Interviewing Skills, Team Building (including outbound programs), Leading Self, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Selling skills, Time Management, Crucial conversations, Problem solving, Decision making, Process improvement, Achievement orientation, Communication skills, Customer orientation, Campus to Corporate ,Personal enhancement as well as Business and Social Etiquette.

She has facilitated more than 500 workshops and touched more than 10,000 lives through her skillful facilitation. She has successfully conducted workshops for industry segments such as PSUs, Manufacturing units, FMCG, Education and Hospitality. Some of the corporate clients she has worked with are BPCL, Femina (Times of India), Hilton Hotels, Hindustan Unilever, Jack & Jones, Lakme Salons, National Academy of Indian Railways, ONLY, People Interactive (Shaadi.com), Raymond, Starwood Hotels, State Bank of India (mutual funds),  Vero Moda, Ergode , Deloitte, Times Group,ICBI, WE school besides conducting open workshops for entrepreneurs. She, being primarily an outdoor person, has successfully conducted Outbound training sessions for Sony TV, Kalmar Global, Cap Gemini and GEP.

She has conducted Leadership programs for JM Baxi Shipping Corporation, Loreal(India), Prime Focus Media where topics of  Leadership traits, Executive presence ,Emotional Intelligence, Coaching and Crucial conversations were covered.

She has also coached individuals like CXOs, senior and middle management, including IRS and IAS officials for Personal Branding on one-to-one basis.

Presently, she is coaching 8 Business Executives and 3 Entrepreneurs to qualify as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF).
