She is a life coach and facilitator. I interact with people one on one or in small group. I am also an organizational development consultant. I support executives and professionals to deal with the following and many more questions like these in their work and life. I do this through coaching, facilitating discussions & workshops and writing. I focus on the following areas

Well being:Our body has wisdom. How do you tap into your bodies wisdom to deal with stress and work towards health and well being? Using Somatic experiencing, I help people learn techniques of mindfulness, stress release and connecting to their body wisdom.

Feminine and Masculine:These are energies in both men and women. I help women find their own power, understand their own flow and creativity. I also support men in recognize their creative potential.

Self Leadership:Setting vision, finding confidence in oneself, connecting to other people, understand how our beliefs influence the life we are given are some of the areas that I have worked with.

Education and experience

I am a MBA and hold a doctorate in management. I am an accredited coach (ACC by ICF). I am certified in many psychometric instruments such as DISC, MBTI and others. I have done somatic experiencing beginner level certification from Somatic Experiencing Institute, USA.

I have 20 plus years of experience in teaching, facilitating, OD consulting and coaching. My last stint was with L&T Infotech. I have supported groups to build their strategy, shift their thinking, find creative solutions to business challenges, building a leadership pipeline, generate intraprenuership, strengthening ability to deal with ambiguity, creating a charter of values and mission, managing change and enhancing collaboration and many more.
