CHANGE is a national organisation based in the UK that works for the equal rights of people with learning disabilities. CHANGE produces easy read health information for people with learning disabilities and people who struggle with literacy. CHANGE recently won an award from the British Medical Association for easy read information on Cancer and End of Life Care.

The way CHANGE works:  making health information accessibly in easy read for and by people with learning disabilities.

Philipa Bragman set CHANGE up and is the director of the organisation.
