TITLE:Stress related with interview/ interview phobia in youth.

OBJECTIVES: This will help us to know overall understanding of interview in terms of expectation of employer and employee to be recruited. And handling pressure and stress associate with it.

INTRODUCTION:Generally it is observed that interview is mostly taken with lots of stress by many employment deserving candidates.

Stress related with interview is very common challenge in youths.

They feel like getting through interview is very tough task.

How and what way we should deal with the stress created during interview

Interview means the interaction between candidate and the recruiter/employer

First of all one should feel you are prospective eligible candidate to be employee so the smartness mental and physical appearance, communication skill formal and informal both and self-image, learning ability for handling different situations have been assessed by employer.

Now on your end you look for better growth opportunity stimulating environment, secure and safe practices and good facilities, positive image of company, market status of organization /company etc.

So its like win-win situation for both to get desired output.
