There are a lot of people who never learn how to motivate themselves, and find themselves powerless to do anything in their lives, they feel that they have no control over what is happening to them. And, there are a few people who realise the importance of self motivation, learn to motivate themselves, and these people gain control over their lives, their destiny and they become empowered.

Then, there are a lot of people who never realise the importance of self motivation, and find that other people never want them around, they are always in the shadows at events and gatherings. And, there are people who, because of their self motivation, are always in the limelight; others want them around, they are specially invited to be the limelight at events and social gatherings.

Also, there are loads of people who never motivate themselves, and as a result hardly achieve anything worthwhile in life, relationships and work. And, there are few people who constantly motivate themselves, and end up reaching milestones, getting laurels and certificates. They are the achievers of this world.
